PREAMBLE

MEDI TELECOM SA, a Moroccan corporation with a capital of 2,373,168,700 Dirhams, headquartered at Lotissement La Colline II, Immeuble les Quatre Temps, Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca, Morocco, registered under the Commercial Registry of Casablanca number 97815, Tax ID 108 6826, represented by its General Director, Mr. Hendrik KASTEEL, hereinafter referred to as "MEDI TELECOM". MEDI TELECOM organizes, through its service provider ATLAS GAMING SARL, tournaments for each of the two (2) video games "EA Sports FC 24" and "Street Fighter 6" across the entire territory of the Kingdom of Morocco as part of a competition named "Orange Esport Talents - Ramadan Tournament" according to the modalities described in these regulations.

ARTICLE 1: TARGET AUDIENCE Participation in this game is open during the game period mentioned in Article 2 to all legal adults residing in Morocco, in accordance with the conditions defined by MEDI TELECOM within these regulations. However, the following are excluded from participating in this game:

• All MEDI TELECOM employees and their family members (children and spouses) living in the same household;

• Master Ihsane Bensouda, notary in Casablanca, and all his staff as well as their family members (children and spouses) living in the same household;

• All employees of MEDI TELECOM's partner agencies and their family members (children and spouses) living in the same household;

• Authorized distributors of MEDI TELECOM and all their employees as well as their family members (children and spouses) living in the same household;

• Partner companies of MEDI TELECOM or those participating in the organization of this game, namely ATLAS GAMING SARL, and all their employees and their family members (children and spouses) living in the same household;

• Individuals under the age of 18 (eighteen) and legal entities. If any of the persons excluded by these regulations participate in the game and are determined as a winner, they will not be recognized as a winner and will not be awarded any prize. In this case, MEDI TELECOM may rightfully award it to another winner.

ARTICLE 2: DURATION This game runs from March 11, 2024, at 00:00:01 to April 7, 2024, at 23:59:59. The aforementioned game period is hereinafter referred to as ("the Game Period").

ARTICLE 3: GAME PARTICIPATION To participate in this game and attempt to win one of the prizes indicated in Article 6 below, the participant must follow the steps outlined below: 3.1 Registration Phase for the Competition (hereinafter referred to as "Registration Phase") Registrations will be open as follows: Week 1:

• For the "EA Sports FC 24" Tournament: from March 11, 2024, at 00:00:01 to March 14, 2024, at 23:59:59;

• For the "Street Fighter 6" Tournament: from March 11, 2024, at 00:00:01 to March 14, 2024, at 23:59:59.

Week 2:

• For the "EA Sports FC 24" Tournament: from March 18, 2024, at 00:00:01 to March 21, 2024, at 23:59:59;

• For the "Street Fighter 6" Tournament: from March 18, 2024, at 00:00:01 to March 21, 2024, at 23:59:59.

Week 3:

• For the "EA Sports FC 24" Tournament: from March 25, 2024, at 00:00:01 to March 28, 2024, at 23:59:59;

• For the "Street Fighter 6" Tournament: from March 25, 2024, at 00:00:01 to March 28, 2024, at 23:59:59. The Tournaments will span a duration of 3 (three) weeks. Individuals participating in the "EA Sports FC 24" and "Street Fighter 6" Tournaments are hereinafter referred to as the "Players." Anyone wishing to participate in the "EA Sports FC 24" Tournament must connect to the page https://orangeesportexperience.com and click on the "Participate" button, which redirects to the registration platform. The person must select the "EA Sports FC 24" Tournament and click on it to fill in the corresponding registration form for the Tournament. The Player must be eligible according to the conditions stated in Article 1 of these regulations. Anyone wishing to participate in the "Street Fighter 6" Tournament must connect to the page https://orangeesportexperience.com and click on the "Participate" button, which redirects to the registration platform. The person must select the "Street Fighter 6" Tournament and click on it to fill in the corresponding registration form for the Tournament. The Player must be eligible according to the conditions stated in Article 1 of these regulations. Individuals wishing to participate in one of the Tournaments will be contacted by email and must confirm their registration for the Tournament by clicking on the confirmation link that will appear in the email, within a deadline of 12 hours (twelve hours) from their notification. The first 480 (four hundred eighty) individuals who confirm their participation in one of the Tournaments will be the Players participating in the Event, with the number detailed as follows: EA Sports FC 24: 128 (one hundred twenty-eight) Players each week, totaling 384 (three hundred eighty-four) Players. Street Fighter 6: 32 (thirty-two) Players each week, totaling 96 (ninety-six) Players. Individuals who have not confirmed their participation will not be able to participate in any Tournament, without MEDI TELECOM being held liable. Following the confirmation of the day of participation, Players will receive an email containing the link to the "Discord Server" platform hereinafter referred to as ("Game Platform").

3.2 Qualification Phases for the Tournaments (hereinafter referred to as "Qualification Phase"): The Qualification Phases for each Tournament will proceed according to the schedule included in Annex 1 of these regulations.

• EA Sports FC 24: the qualifications will be played in a World Cup format, with 128 (one hundred twenty-eight) Players in a bracket. The four (4) qualification rounds will take place on Saturday each week. In total, four (4) Players will qualify for the Final Phase each week.

• Street Fighter 6: the qualifications will be played in a World Cup format, with 32 (thirty-two) Players in a bracket. The four (4) qualification rounds will take place on Sunday each week. The top four (4) Players will qualify for the Final Phase each week. At the end of the Qualification Phase for the Tournaments, 24 (twenty-four) Players will qualify for the Final Phase for both Tournaments. As a result, below is a summary of the number of Players qualified for the Final Phase:

• eFootball™ 2024: 12 (twelve) Players will be qualified for the Final Phase;

• EA Sports FC 24: 12 (twelve) Players will be qualified for the Final Phase. 3.3 Organization of the finals for each Tournament (hereinafter referred to as "Final Phases"): The Final Phases of each Tournament will take place according to the schedule included in Annex 1 of these regulations. The Final Phases of each Tournament will be held at the Eblue Center located at 283 Boulevard Zerktouni, Shop N°6, Casablanca, Morocco (hereinafter referred to as the "Final Venue"), where two (2) gaming commentators and six (6) game moderators will be present. The commentators and moderators will animate the Final Phases, ensure proper conduct, and assist the Players of each Tournament.

Players will have access to the following for the Final Phases:

• For the EA Sports FC 24 Tournament: (i) functional Playstation game controllers, (ii) functional Playstation consoles, (iii) chairs, and (iv) headphones to allow Players to compete in the Final Phase under the best conditions.

• For the Street Fighter 6 Tournament: (i) functional Playstation game controllers, (ii) functional Playstation consoles, (iii) chairs, and (iv) headphones to allow Players to compete in the Final Phase under the best conditions.

ARTICLE 4: PERSONAL DATA Players acknowledge and agree that the data collected, within the framework of this game, will be processed in the form of paper or electronic files, in accordance with Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. The collected data is processed by MEDI TELECOM for the purposes of identification and management of the relationship between MEDI TELECOM and the Players. The information is used by MEDI TELECOM, its parent or subsidiary companies, or its service providers, whether located in Morocco or abroad, for the management of Players' accounts. MEDI TELECOM may use the personal data of Players for any direct marketing operation concerning MEDI TELECOM's products and services via email and SMS. Subject to the express consent of the Players, which must be indicated within the document accepting the prize, MEDI TELECOM may use the personal data of the winners for any direct marketing operation via telephone, postal mail, etc., carried out by MEDI TELECOM. MEDI TELECOM may communicate such information to third parties, including those located outside the Kingdom of Morocco, for processing purposes, notably to market research firms and survey institutes, exclusively for study and analysis purposes.

Players authorize the transfer of their personal data abroad. In accordance with Law No. 09-08 relating to "the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data," Players have at any time an individual right of access as well as a right to additional information, rectification of data concerning them, and, where applicable, opposition to the processing of their data or their transmission by MEDI TELECOM to third parties. They may exercise their rights by sending a letter, mentioning their name, first name, and call number and attaching a copy of their ID, to the address of MEDI TELECOM: Lotissement La Colline II, Immeuble les Quatre Temps, Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca, Morocco. This collection and processing of personal data have been authorized by the CNDP under No. A-M-599/2020. ARTICLE 6: PRIZES 6.1 At the end of the Final Phase of the Tournaments, the six (6) winners of the Final Phase across all Tournaments will be announced on the spot and will each win the following prizes distributed based on their ranking in their Tournaments and according to the Tournament as follows:

Winners of the Final Phase of the "EA Sports FC 24" Tournament:

• For the Player winning the Final Phase ranked first: 1 (one) Sony Playstation 5 Console valued at 7000 MAD TTC (seven thousand dirhams including all taxes) + 1 (one) Cooler Master GD120 gamer desk valued at 4900 MAD TTC (four thousand nine hundred dirhams including all taxes);

• For the Player winning the Final Phase ranked second: 1 (one) Gamer connect 32C1G Monitor valued at 2390 MAD TTC (two thousand three hundred ninety dirhams including all taxes) + 1 (one) Cooler Master GD120 gamer desk valued at 4900 MAD TTC (four thousand nine hundred dirhams including all taxes)

• For the Player winning the Final Phase ranked third: 1 (one) Gamer connect 27C1G Monitor valued at 1790 MAD TTC (one thousand seven hundred ninety dirhams including all taxes).

Winners of the Final Phase of the "Street Fighter 6" Tournament:

• For the Player winning the Final Phase ranked first: 1 (one) Sony Playstation 5 Console valued at 7000 MAD TTC (seven thousand dirhams including all taxes) + 1 (one) Cooler Master GD120 gamer desk valued at 4900 MAD TTC (four thousand nine hundred dirhams including all taxes);

• For the Player winning the Final Phase ranked second: 1 (one) Gamer connect 32C1G Monitor valued at 2390 MAD TTC (two thousand three hundred ninety dirhams including all taxes) + 1 (one) Cooler Master GD120 gamer desk valued at 4900 MAD TTC (four thousand nine hundred dirhams including all taxes);

• For the Player winning the Final Phase ranked third: 1 (one) Gamer connect 27C1G Monitor valued at 1790 MAD TTC (one thousand seven hundred ninety dirhams including all taxes).

6.2. For the prizes, MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to replace them, in whole or in part, with another prize of equivalent value, in case of temporary or definitive impossibility for MEDI TELECOM to provide the winners with the prizes offered as part of this game, especially in case of temporary or definitive stock outage.

MEDI TELECOM declines all responsibility for prejudicial acts, direct or indirect, immediate or future damages, regardless of their nature and the circumstances in which they occurred, occurred during the enjoyment of the prize awarded under these regulations and/or due to its use.

It is established that MEDI TELECOM does not provide any warranty of any kind regarding the awarded prize. It is also established that MEDI TELECOM is not responsible in any way for the use of said prizes, for any act, of whatever nature, directly or indirectly related to said use.

If the winners refuse or withdraw from the prize rightfully theirs, they must confirm their disinterest in said prizes in writing. MEDI TELECOM will not provide a replacement prize.

Once the prize is acquired by the winner, it cannot be exchanged, returned, or converted into cash. ARTICLE 7: WITHDRAWAL OF PRIZES Once the winners of the Final Phase taking place in Casablanca are designated, MEDI TELECOM will notify them directly on-site at the end of the Final Phase. Players ranked first, second, and third in the Tournaments will be awarded their prizes defined in Article 6 upon the announcement of the results, subject to the signature of a prize receipt document by said winners. In the case where the winner (i) refuses the prize, (ii) cannot receive their prize, (iii) is not present at the venue of the Final Phase at the announcement of the winners (iv) is excluded from the list of Players in accordance with the stipulations of these regulations (vi) or does not comply with the conditions above, the prize will be forfeited, and MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to keep it. MEDI TELECOM must verify the identity of the winner when awarding the prizes; to do so, the winner commits to presenting their national identity card to MEDI TELECOM. Furthermore, MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to communicate the identity of the winner to the public by all means or media outlets. ARTICLE 8: GENERAL PROVISIONS.

MEDI TELECOM is not responsible for the loss or theft of prizes once they have been awarded to the winners. Any information communicated by the winners, including their contact details, will be considered null and void if it contains inaccuracies or is incomplete. MEDI TELECOM cannot be held responsible for any harm of any nature (personal, physical, material, financial, or other) that occurs during participation in this game. MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to exclude from participation in this game any person disrupting the game's proceedings.

The prizes offered and awarded to the winner will not be taken back or exchanged for another prize, object, or service, regardless of its value. The prizes cannot be subject to any compensation of any kind.

MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to terminate the participation of one or more Players at any time if they do not respect MEDI TELECOM's norms and values, including mutual respect, civility, or manners, especially in case of abnormal behavior, vandalism, etc.

ARTICLE 9: USE OF THE NAMES AND IMAGES OF PLAYERS AND PARTICIPANTS

By signing and legalizing the authorization for the use and exploitation of the Players' image rights, attached in Annex 3 of these regulations, the Players commit and authorize MEDI TELECOM to use and communicate their names and surnames, their contact details, their photographs, their voices, and their image for promotional purposes or for any communication campaign around this game (media, out-of-media, and voice messages) under the conditions and deadlines defined in Annex 3 of these regulations.

Furthermore, MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to communicate the identity of the winners to the public by all means or media outlets. ARTICLE 10: FRAUD

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these regulations.

Any fraud, diversion, or abuse will result in the disqualification of the Players and the re-entry of any prizes possibly awarded. ARTICLE 11: MODIFICATION OF THE REGULATIONS

MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to modify these regulations as needed, to make any decisions it might consider useful for the application and interpretation of the regulations.

Any modifications, whether substantial or not, to these regulations can possibly be made during the course of the Game. ARTICLE 12: INTERRUPTION-CANCELLATION

MEDI TELECOM reserves the right to interrupt or suspend the present game if it deems necessary or in the event of a decision by competent authorities, without being held liable.

MEDI TELECOM reserves the right, for any reason, to modify, stop, or cancel the Tournaments at any time if it deems necessary, without being held liable.

ARTICLE 13: ACCEPTANCE OF THE REGULATIONS

Participation in this game implies the Players' unconditional acceptance of these regulations and the game principle.

Any violator of one or several articles of these regulations will automatically be deprived of the possibility to participate in this game, but also of the prize they could have possibly won.

ARTICLE 14: DEPOSIT OF THE REGULATIONS

These regulations are deposited at the office of Master Ihssane Bensouda, notary located at 22, Boulevard Omar El Khayam, Résidence Fatimzahra Beauséjour, Casablanca, Morocco.

These regulations will be sent free of charge to anyone who makes a request to MEDI TELECOM SA located at Lotissement La Colline II, Immeuble Les Quatre Temps, Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca, Morocco. ARTICLE 15: CLAIMS

All claims, information requests, disputes, or suggestions must be addressed to MEDI TELECOM SA, located at Lotissement La Colline II, Immeuble Les Quatre Temps, Sidi Maârouf, Casablanca, Morocco.

ARTICLE 16: APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

These regulations are subject to Moroccan law.

In the event of a persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these regulations, and in the absence of an amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the competent court of Casablanca.
